Our History
The roots of Pioneer Holdings (Africa) Ltd date back to 1930. The original business was in the name of Pioneer General Assurance Society Limited. The insurance side of the business was sold in 2001 and the company’s name was changed to Pioneer Holdings (Africa) Limited. The Company owns and manages several properties.
Our Activities
Pioneer Holdings (Africa) Ltd and its subsidiaries deal in real-estate development, ownership, operation, management, acquisition and re-development of residential and commercial properties in Kenya. These investments are held on a long-term basis. The company also invests in the regional stock exchanges. The head office is at Pioneer Moi Avenue, Nairobi.
